This lovely intricately woven silk bookmarker was made and signed by the renowned weaver Thomas Stevens of Coventry; the bookmarker also has a Victorian diamond registration mark dating the design to the 5th January 1863, and therefore one of his earlier patterns. The bookmarker is 227 mm long and 40 mm wide and in excellent undamaged condition.
