A lovely sterling silver medical Éuti case made by A. J. Zinnerman, incorporating a concealed button for opening the hinged lid and divider for up to six instruments. The case weighs 1oz 2½dwt (troy) or 52grams and is 2½" (63mm) tall and 1⅞" (45mm) across at its widest point. All the hallmarks are well struck and decipherable, the hinged lid and opening button work perfectly. The case is in excellent condition.
