This scarce vertical steam engine was only made between c1946-1949. The very thick gauge boiler and burner housing is made of copper and the boiler end cap, cylinder and other fittings of brass; a very well made and robust engine. All fittings are original and all move freely and smoothly. There are no dints or dents to any of the engine/boiler or the burner (some rust in places), just a couple of minor blemishes/stains. Overall I would say the engine is in excellent condition and probably ready to run (I have not fired it up) or easily brought back to pristine condition.
