This lovely shell design, monogrammed sugar sifter spoon was made by the renowned and highly respected James Dixon & Sons of Sheffield. The spoon is about  4½" (110mm) long, 1½"  (37mm) and weighs ½ troy oz’s or 16g, it's in excellent condition with no damage and has well struck hallmarks.
