A 9" parallel rule made by the mathematical instrument maker W. H. Harling of, London. Apart from a small split near one of the brass rivets the rule is in excellent condition and perfect working order. The other 9" parallel rule is unsigned and in an excellent and very clean condition also in perfect working order.
